Ms. Miller Ronit

Short Bio

Ronit is a tenured faculty member at Sapir Academic College at the dept. of Human Resources Management - B.A. Program and at the dept. of Public Administration and Policy - B.A. Program. She has an M.A. degree in Education Administration and Policy, and a B.A. in Education, both from Ben Gurion University, cum laude.  In addition, she is a certified personal and organizational coach from Sapir Academic College and a certified career counselor from a narrative perspective from Tel Aviv University. Ronit is a leading lecturer of the human management course at the school of management at the Open University. For the last three years she has been coordinating the Human Resource Managers' Forum in the southern part of Israel, in collaboration with Lauder Center for Employers and the Manufacturers' Coalition of the South. During the years 2015-2019 she has coordinated and led a women leadership program through 'Ken' (Initials of 'Women's Power') NGO. Since 2009 she works as a freelance counselor, lecturer and coach through her private business entitled "Crossroad" (Tsomet Drachim) in the public and business sectors. In that capacity, she works as a private counselor at a clinic, and provides organizational counseling. From 2012 to 2013 she served as the Coordinator of Management and Organizational Behavior at the Business Management Training in the Rural Sector at Sapir Academic College. For six years (2006-2013) Ronit served as the Head of the Division in Management and Human Resource Studies at the dept. of Cultural Studies, Creativity and Production at Sapir Academic College. In addition, for seven years (2005-2012) she served as a Chief Academic Advisor at the Enrollment Center of Sapir Academic College.
