ד"ר שלומי בלבן, בעל תואר דוקטור במשפטים מאוניברסיטת חיפה. מרצה במכללת ספיר ורכז הפרקטיקות והקליניקות של בית הספר למשפטים. מתמחה במשפט ציבורי, בדגש על ההיסטוריה של המשפט הציבורי, הכנסת וחקיקה.

Dr. Shlomi Balaban holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Haifa. Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Ottawa. Lecturer at Sapir College. Specializes in public law with focus on legal history, parliaments, and legislation.
